Did anyone else ever find the source of your rattle? I had the dreaded rearview mirror housing rattle, but was fixed by a mobile technician visit. I also mentioned to him that there was another rattle in the headliner on the passenger side, in the middle near the console.. that has the lights...

So instead of letting them actually do something to fix it, you complain that Tesla is horrible. Take a breath, go back and let them fix it for you. If they screw it up more, or don't do a satisfactory job, deal with it when it happens. They don't want an unhappy customer.

Plastic on plastic or a loose wire in the pillar. Put in a service request and see if they will fix it under warranty. Unless you have more than 50k miles under the basic warranty there is not reason they won't try and help you.

I had two minor blemishes in the paint, and they outsourced it to an auto body paint shop that comes to their service center. After it was fixed I couldn't even find it again. I don't see why they wouldn't make it right and get it fixed.

I also have a 2023 Model Y, same software update just happened a few days ago, wall charger on same firmware from this March. Last two day plugging in at home and also got the same message one time each day, but the charging continued. I also have the wall monitor app, and will have it open...

Sure, I agree and am not giving them a pass on it. I do consider what is going on at the time though. They are packed. Literally hundreds of new Tesla's at this location and constant delivery. I am sure they are swamped. I could have had them fix it that day but didn't want to wait around...

I got an email only about the VIN this morning, and then an email and text shorty after to schedule delivery. It is a Fremont built LRY based on the VIN I have. I only had the EDD pushed out one time to a 2 week window, and today was the start of the new EDD window.

I was sent an email and text right after I got the email for the VIN assignment to schedule delivery. I assume it is based on them actually knowing when it will be at the location to pickup.

My EDD was pushed to 2/4 - 2/18 now and still no VIN. Oh well, I know they are busy making them as fast as they can.. ha ha.

I am also in Seattle and have identical OD, blue/black/19 LR and EDD is also 1/24-2/7. Here is hoping we get some kind of update soon.
