Thanks, I pick up my RWD this Friday at the Tesla Laval location so wanted to know if it was so ridiculously busy that I wouldn't be able to get a hold of anyone. I read they delivered 200+ cars last Saturday!

Did you point out the little imperfections to them on the spot or you noticed them once you got home and informed them afterwards?

I guess you were not able to convince them to schedule a delivery date? I’m seeing folks order their white MYRWD in May and already have their DD secured while my April 25 order is still waiting 🤷‍♂️

Just curious why they even need people to accept that disclaimer? Is there some legal reason to do this or just warning any pro-US/anti-China folks?

Anyone have an idea of what tires this China-made RWD comes with? I've read that the standard Y 19" factory tire is Continental Pro Contact RX?

I ordered white on 25-Apr in Montreal and have EDD June 6-20, and have my VIN. I think this suggests I’m on first shipment and you’re on the 2nd? Otherwise there wouldn’t be a reason not for you to have same EDD range as me?

Yes, got the VIN maybe a day or two after the ship left Shanghai

Thanks, am hoping my EDD June 6-20 will shrink to a smaller window and stay within that range. My only concern is that I'm leaving June 18 for vacation and don't want to miss delivery date and have it pushed back another couple of months.

Looks like Morning Caroline is now headed to Richmond, BC perhaps to unload the cars meant for Canada. ETA is early tomorrow evening.

I hadn’t checked that Discord in a while but looking at the MYRWD for QC, it looks like it’ll arrive at the dealer on May 21. I wonder if my new EDD or June 6-20 still remains and it takes that long to prep for delivery or it will be moved up?

Any communication from the dealer as to where your car is physically located at the moment? Still at the factory? On it's way?

Mine got changed as well to June 6-20 and I'm in Montreal. I seriously hope it's at the beginning of that windows since I'll be away on vacation near the end.

yes, I have both the Order Agreement and Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement in my documents. The VIN is stated in the latter one.

Wow, that's strange. I ordered same as you without tow on April 25 and my EDD is now May 11-June 8. I wonder if having a trade-in or that I also had an M3RWD on order from March (which I cancelled to get MYRWD) had anything to do with it?

Thanks, looks like a possibility then. Another naive question - are VINs usually assigned at the factory before they get loaded on the boats or anytime afterwards including once they get to the dealership?

No idea of delivery just yet - says May to July. Still waiting on VIN. I’m eagerly awaiting that and looking for any clues!

New member here from Canada! Ordered the new Y RWD that’s supposed to be made at Giga Shanghai and meant for the Canadian market. Any ideas what ship will be used for transport?

Update - logged into my account and it now shows a delivery date of May 26-June 30. A bit disappointed by this. Now I wonder if I have to resubmit my trade in and lose some more value?

I'm in Quebec and I ordered a white RWD on the 26th. Accepted the trade-in terms on Apr 1st, and am still waiting for the Review Agreements. It still shows an April 2023 estimated delivery date. Checking the page source doesn't reveal that a VIN number has been assigned so still waiting on that too.
