    Ordered a "new" mobile connector directly from Tesla but when I received it, the cables and the charger looked used. I reached out to CS and they assured me it was new and probably greased up during handling and packaging. I'm not sure what to believe but at the same time, I don't want to go...

    Anyone successful in switching your existing order from a LR to a P? If so, did your go through your SA or call the main line?

    I was on hold too for an hour and the rep basically just walked me through the website. Basically, go to your dashboard->manage->edit design->pick your options->submit.
