I see. So it’s not the same as the 2019 MX shown in It’s pretty hard for me to push the 2nd row seat forward after the shoulder button pressed. Would really appreciate if someone can post a video showing how it is supposed to work :) -

New 2023 Model X 7-seater owner here. Both side of the 2nd row seats wont slide forward / backward automatically after pressing the shoulder button (the seat does fold half-way). Went to SC and the technician said it’s expected for the 2023 model X and I should manually push the 2nd row seats...
