Door not unlocking as I approach the vehicle

Coming back to this old thread, the issue is with having your phone in your back pocket. The bluetooth signal is not strong enough. I just slightly turn myself to allow the phone to be closer to the car and it unlocks every time. I still think Tesla should fix this long-term in future models...

    Can't increase boombox volume

Im having a similar issue with my 2023 M3R, adjusting the volume while in Boombox mode doesnt have any effect on the exterior levels. It just seems to ignore it and always plays at the same volume level. Seems like a bug to me

    Solved: wind noise

Yea, scroll back to the very first posting on this thread, and you will the pic of where the OP filled a gap with a piece of sponge. If you look at my picture, you'll see this area is now filled in as part of the OEM weather proofing strip installed. This is a brand new 2023.

    Solved: wind noise

I also noticed that the gap pictured earlier in this thread that is the supposed cause of the high-speed wind noise issue is now filled in / covered by additional weather proof lining in the 2023 models. Looks like Tesla took the feedback and improved it in the 2023 models.

Door not unlocking as I approach the vehicle

Seeing similar instability in unlocking my 2023 M3R with the iPhone app. Basically it's rolling the dice in whether or not the car will decide to unlock when I approach it. All the various nuances mentioned here seem ridiculous to deal with (pocket location, distance from car, etc). If it's...

    Solved: wind noise

I just received my 2023 M3R last week, and so far it's quiet as all can be. None of the wind noises or resonances that are being reported here. I used to own an Acura 2014 RLX years back, which was a very quiet car (despite all the other issues it had), and my M3R is just as quiet, if not more...

Anyone else dislike the black/dark accents?

Agreed, and love your blue 2020, looks super sharp!

Anyone else dislike the black/dark accents?

It's a simple matter of me liking to keep things to factory spec as much as possible, versus modifications that can eventually wear away, degrade, or not work properly over time since they were not originally designed to the same spec as the manufacture. It has NOTHING to do with retaining...

Anyone else dislike the black/dark accents?

Im in agreement with the original poster. I just got my brand spanking new 2023 3 Standard / White with the 19" sport wheels, and I didn't realize that they got rid of the chrome handles, window trim and side camera. F'n love the car overall, but I like a balance between sporty and luxury and...
