Ah so - you are correct.. thanks for cluing me in. Went for it anyway and the first part of the journey was okay. I'm guessing the battery wont precondition, supercharging will be limited and worst case overheat maybe? Fortunately it's still relatively cold here in the Northeast but not subzero.

Update - Tesla just responded they intend to replace the supermanifold and compressor. So that's better than the heatpump itself?

I suspect the AI system on the vehicle has to learn about it's specific environment including camera positions relative to everything else. There may have been some missing data points that the AI needed that were eventually filled in thanks to more usage.. I've noticed parking in our garage...

At a minimum the camera resolution should be better, maybe you'll get HiDef radar in the front and future proofed for more FSD capabilities than the current generation of vehicles. Would have been nice but happy with ours - no regrets 😢 .

Wow I did not know that the Geminis are non-directional! Non-Directional covers makes sense from a manufacturing and cost standpoint but it certainly breaks the symmetric look for those of us who get triggered by such things. What has been seen, cannot be unseen... o_O

Checked my wheel covers and my new "spares".. yep directional (the "L" on the interior) AND comes with the tape already applied.
