Is this "within spec" for a headliner? passenger rear side headliner is nice, only maybe 3mm gap, but the left side drivers rear side is about 8-12mm and shows this black adhesive. I was going to cut off the adhesive with a blade.

Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking too. Gonna try to just pull out the panel steel and reattach bumper. As of now, the bumper won’t clip in and one white dart looking plastic part fell out and into the bumper.

Are you sure you can even reach that panel? Its not a singe layer panel, it has two skins, one external and one internal with ribs in between.

That is what we were thinking too, but it seems the angle is different than the other side, how could I measure that? Hmm. Also, look at where the panel meets the taillight, doesnt line up, possible the light got moved some too.

I did talk to a great PDR guy here in Portland and he said no, take it to a collision shop. :-( Maybe I'll call another one.

I found Quadrac Pros (255/55R18) at Discount Tire, you need to call them, they don't even list the brand on their website. They quoted me: $988! I think I found them on amazon or tirerack.com and sent them a price to match. These tires (in Portland OR) are always selling out this time of year...
