update on my visit. they replaced front drive unit and its been 3 days and I dont hear any noise now. SC mentioned they only had 3 issues of this kind so far happend due to bad motors ( sure thats incorrect). He mentioned he had a device attached to motor and sent the data to engineering team...

initially expected it to be a wheel bearing issue but ended up identifying as motor issue.. can provide more info after I receive invoice

initial estimate is 1 - 2 weeks.

my SC confirmed its some issue with front wheel bearing and replacing the front motor after test driving 450 miles on a very brand new car. super disappointing to go thr this but hopefully it gets resolved

looks like drive unit is not the only fix for this issue. hate it Tesla dismissing it as not driveabilty concern. my brand new MY started to have the same issue in first week itself and value of the car is significantly down if I am to resell this car now.

is the invoice available for everyone ? I am having same issue with my MY and could greatly help to resolve my issue
