I took delivery a MYLR this week and it was an Austin build. No matrix lights, but the build was perfect. I could not find any issues. I was very pleased overall.

MY MYLR was delivered at the Norfolk location on Monday. It was an Austin build and I had no issues. The lady that handled the delivery was excellent. They took my trade-in at the agreed value. I don’t think they even looked at it. I could not be more pleased with the entire process.

My MYLR came in this week. The lady who handled my delivery told me the paperwork normally says 15 miles. New cars will always have 15 miles or less. Mine was actually 6 miles.

My OD is also 1/20 for a MYLR W/W 19". My EDD has been stuck at 4/10 - 5/8 for the last few weeks. Hopefully, we will have good news soon!

When a car dealer does not want the car they lowball you. They will only take it at their price. I sold my 2019 Corvette in October. Carvana offered $8K more than Carmax.

Same here. I ordered on 1/20, but keep getting pushed farther out. I'm at 4/12 - 5/17 now. I was thinking about switching to 20" wheels, but I decided to just stick it out and stay with what I ordered.

I placed a reservation last August and never heard a peep from Cadillac about placing an order. I ordered a MYLR in January, so I will need to seek out a refund from Cadillac. I am sure can spend it on accessories for the MYLR.

In my area inventory is building up, but they are all 7-seaters. My thought is people who ordered 7-seaters to qualify for the tax credit are bailing, since they did not really want the extra seats and pay an extra $4K. With the change, now they do not need the added expense.

Did the 19s make much of an improvement in the overall ride?

Car wax is your next best bet. However, if you can wax your own car, you can apply a ceramic coating which is a better long-term solution. Plenty of YouTube videos explain the product choices and how to apply it successfully.

The real issue with inventory cars is they can disappear wicked fast, especially if a highly desired combination. Going to the local dealership just adds time to the equation.

If you change it in the app that just changes your original order. You might get matched up and assigned a VIN at some point. You also may go back to the end of the line. If you want an inventory car, probably best to contact your local area SA or text Tesla at the (510) number they texted you...

WaitingForTesla website shows there are many 7-seaters available in inventory throughout the country.

A tip may be money well spent the tech had to come back out for another service call. It might be the difference in being given an excuse that the issue is within spec and getting it down under warranty. Many times these are judgment calls.

Sounds like a good way to go in your situation, especially if you can save money by buying the materials and doing it yourself.

I got lucky. I went by the SC after lunch on Tuesday and no one was there. The SA told me they did not have someone scheduled for a demo for about 1.5 hours. He answered my questions he did me a solid with an entire hour demo. I will have to admit the MYLR was a blast to drive on a pure joy ride.

I test drove MYLR yesterday for a hour with 20" wheels. I thought they were fine overall. I do not think I will actually make the change from what I ordered. However, if one came up in inventory tomorrow with my colors with the 20" wheels I would not hesitate to take it.

Understood. I was thinking doing something similar switching from 19" to 20" wheels. I have seen a number of posts where others made that switch and their VIN was assigned a few days later. However, I am concerned for the same reason you mentioned creating a new reason to be delayed.

Did you add a tow hitch hoping to getting a VIN faster?
