I did get order confirmation from 508 number. I have replied to the text and did get response sometimes after a day or so. I am thinking 510 or 508 is just regional.

Haha, it sure feels that way. I see many references to a 510 number, but my order confirmation from a 508 number. Perhaps that’s the problem!

Was this done by responding to the 510/508 order confirmation text? I am in the same situation with two orders - 1 with VIN assigned + delivery scheduled and a second old order with no updates. It sure would be nice to transfer VIN to the old RN number.
