M3 been in bodyshop for 5+ months - both batteries dead

Complaint in with insurer, be interesting to see the outcome. Garage finally charged the car on Wednesday, even after not responding for 2 weeks. Seem to have been moving it around a bit. Finally got a reponse to them today. “We are working on the vehicle and had to do a temporary repair to...

M3 been in bodyshop for 5+ months - both batteries dead

Ends in December. Will get onto insurance and discuss but stupidly decided not to previously as the garage had finally been giving me dates for the “final” parts they awaiting so held off. Worst part is my policy was close to £6000 last year 😂

M3 been in bodyshop for 5+ months - both batteries dead

Update that's not really an update, 9 months on and still no closer to getting it back. Both batteries have been dead for 4 months now. Got told it should have been ready on the 19th there but after multiple emails to them asking if it'll be ready and what's happening with it I'm getting no...

UPDATE: There's no update. Was promised a list of parts it needs for Wednesday/Thursday morning (and about 6 times before that) and still nothing. Emailed twice since then with no reply (they dont seem to pick up phones ever, Enterprise can barely get in touch sometimes). Complaint will be going...

M3 been in bodyshop for 5+ months - both batteries dead

Even showed them the messages in the manual saying this and that it can damage the 12v and other parts but still they didn't seem to care😂

M3 been in bodyshop for 5+ months - both batteries dead

My M3 LR was damaged in a non-fault accident back in September, nothing serious but alloy, front passenger wing and bonnet were damaged as well as some suspension. Insurance assigned Enterprise to manage the claim and car was given to a bog standard bodyshop to deal with (not Tesla Approved and...
