I meant charging at public charger in NL. There it seems to be a flat charge throughout the day.

I was wondering when is the best time to charge at public charging point. Does peak or offpeak hours impact cost/kwh in any way? I tried charging in the morning once but difference was negligible. Is it true for entire NL?

I’m waiting to take delivery of my tesla model 3 in The Netherlands. Delivery window originally was 16th Feb to 2nd Mar which now got delayed to 7th mar-21st mar. I don’t see any ship getting delayed though. Any idea on which ship it could be?
