I was in a similar situation. My brand new M3P got a nail in one of the tires. Drove it to Tesla and they suggested to get it from a Tire dealer as they offer better after sales service and Tesla doesn't provide any warranty.

For anyone who is still dealing with this issue, I picked up my M3 last week and my SA informed me that the "Tax credit eligibility form" would be generated soon by the documents team and will show up in the Documents section under your account. Here's what that form will look like

Picked her up today! The delivery experience was pretty good. I Did the checklist and everything was perfect. No panel gaps or imperfections on the first look. The white interior looks very nice and futuristic (coming from a cx-5). They didn't even check my trade-in vehicle, just took the keys...
