    Tesla locking loaner cars in chill mode?

    My brother in law has bought an ex loaner car tesla 3. The company have got it locked in chill mode. He owns a tesla S . Apparently he needs a pin code to deactivate this. The car is registered in his name. Is there a way he can deactivate this. He can't go to the loaner company as they went bust
