Vendor Tesla Road Trips in the Cold? Master Tire Pressure with Portable Solutions

I'm surprised that neither this post nor the referenced web site says anything about charging other than the 60W speed. Not even the specifications page https://www.jowua-life.com/a/help/article/56954 says whether it has USB-A, USB-B, USB-mini-B, USB-micro-B, USB-C or whatever. I'm also a little...

    Yet another 2023 Model Y road-trip experience

I did that once. Since then I've started unlatching the frunk the night before we leave on a road trip, and not latching it on the morning we leave until the mobile connector is inside.

    FSD 11.4.7.3 The latest disaster

And that's not all. When AVs are mature there will be configuration parameters for long-term and per-trip optimizations, e.g., Minimize time to destination; This is the only goal that the current navigation system (as distinct from AP & FSD) recognizes, but I'd like the configurable option...

My 8169 mile cross country road trip experience

@mknmike I set my M3 to charge at only 12 amps at home (even though my home circuit and EVSE would support 32 amps), to lower the "Transmission Capacity Charge".

Your Tesla looks like a Model 3 in the pictures, but is it a Long Range, Standard Range, Mid Range, or ...? How much did you use Cruise Control and Lane Keeping?

Reuters: "Tesla readies revamped Model 3 with project 'Highland' -sources" [projected 3rd quarter 2023]

By my count, using a 2018 Model 3 with Basic Autopilot as a basis, there are 9 functions performed by the turn signal stalk. What's the user interface for performing these 9 functions on a Model 3 Highland? Turn signal functions: A. Brief pre-detent flashes turn signal 3 times (when they...

    Cost evolution of MS/X yoke

Does anybody else think this price increase is the prelude to dropping the yoke completely? Is the yoke an option on M3 Highland?

Outrage, sadness as bears locked in Model 3 in 100℉ weather perish.

Did you have Cabin Overheat Protection on? Are you going to protect your future Gummies with Dog Mode?

Tesla rigged the dashboard readouts in its electric cars to provide “rosy” [range] projections

I was just about to post something that amounted to what you have said in your first paragraph. Asking the car to predict range is asking it to speculate about how fast you're going to drive, how strong the headwinds will be, how much AC you're going to use, what the elevation of your...

Anti-EV comments heard on my roadtrip so far

A hundred years ago they would have been the people shouting, "Get a horse!"

2022 Model 3 Long Range. DC to Austin to SpaceX to Titusville to DC. 4400 miles

I find bending my right knee and bringing my right heel near the front left of the seat works for me. YMMV

2022 Model 3 Long Range. DC to Austin to SpaceX to Titusville to DC. 4400 miles

Yes, Tesla's time displays use one and only one time zone at a time, supposedly the zone of the current location of the car as measured by GPS. But it doesn't indicate which zone it thinks it's in, so if you're near a boundary you need another time source, such as a wrist watch whose zone is...
