No, I should have though. There was another car parked next to me that had fresh scratches on their car. The damage is exactly where my car was hit and I think it was too much of a coincidence. Will update later on my investigation

The front bumper on the driver's side got hit and I found out during my break. There are multiple scratches and part of the bumper is cracked. Is it possible to fix this or would I need to replace the entire bumper? Im in Honolulu if that matters.
