Hey, I’ve been looking to buy a Model 3 Tesla before the end of the tax exemption (exp march 2023 - this month)
But I am curious to know if I buy one right now will I receive HW4? I’m hearing that HW3 won’t be able to upgrade to it. And if so is it worth waiting and missing out on the $7500...
