I’d love to hear this. My sound is intermittent and never occurs when I’ve gone to the service center to check it out. To me it sounds like glass shifting and hitting something. There’s another post on here that has a video, sounds exactly like mine. I wonder if you have the same thing going on

Mine sounds exactly like this! So I’m not going crazy, thank you *whew*. I’ve taken mine to the SC and they “can’t replicate the issue” so they don’t know what to fix. How do I even explain what might need to be done? I’d imagine this is a safety issue.

Hi! I’m having this issue and the techs at the service center keep sending me home stating that they can’t replicate the issue even though I’ve sent multiple videos of the noise. After reading these forums I think this might be my issue. Would you mind checking my vid out to see if it’s the same?

I’m getting this same noise from my 2021 Model Y. Doesn’t happen all the time, just on enough acceleration and deceleration. I took mine to the SC for a look and they keep telling me that nothing is wrong. How can I convince them otherwise? It truly doesn’t sound like it should be making this...
