Got my new Model Y serviced, and now my Driver Cloud Profile is gone and can't get it back.
I just had this problem too. Still nothing. My son's profile shows up but mine won't yet I am the main account holder.- Jamie2980

I had my computer replaced too and it was working fine before but now it's not there but yet my son's is and I'm the one that added him to it.- Jamie2980
