I am picking up my car in Mid-June. Vin assigned 5.24. SA told me I have HW3.

That is debatable as higher res needs more processing power hence a more dedicated chip to process even very basic images.

I would guess this is the situation where you had "edit design" option on your account page. I don't have that option there and I asked two SAs, they gave opposite answers, so I am hesitant.

I would do the same. I would also insist inspect the car first before handing in the check. Otherwise, I would just walk.
