i have seen in a multiple disussion all points to a reduced charge rate
it occurs on Model 3 SR, which has a max charge rate of 32A and reducesd to 16A
model 3 LR chage rate drops from 48A to 32A, some even drops to 16A
there are new model Y, within 5 weeks of delivery with AC charge rate drops...
can someone confirm this
it appears that the -01 is a 32A charger and -00 is 48A charger. the 48A charger is on the 2018 Model 3 Long Range

2018 Model 3 LR also has the same issue of charging up to 32A instead of 48A
this forum also report Model Y PCS issue, therefore, the PCS is a common problem for model 3 and model Y
