It's pretty clear it's only an estimate, not a promise. It changes a lot based on the conditions at the time.

Just google "RAV database" and search for your VIN. It'll tell you if your car is acknowledged by Australia yet.

They'd be getting a lot of blame for delays I imagine, for things they cannot control such as shipping congestion. It must be rough.
