I am not asking for covering a tire replacement, I am willing to pay for it. Its just the miscommunication and lack of empathy from Tesla that I am flagging

I wanted a fast and reliable turnaround being stranded in the mountains so went with Tesla as the roadside assured it will be done the next day. I had called AAA as well and they were not able to get any nearby tire shop open.
