Have you looked at legging up the rafters to shorten the span? A heaver roof was put on my house, concrete shingles. The contractor added legs from the top of walls (in the attic) to the rafter cutting the span almost in half.

I think you should take it back to Tesla and request a perfect car. To date, no manufacturer has made a perfect car so it might be a long wait. But really, unless it leaks water I don’t see that being an issue. Just enjoy the new car and stop looking for faults.

I think the FSD disconnect is more a result of poorly marked or faded lane markers than a dark road. If the cameras could clearly see reflective paint lane markers I suspect FSD wouldn’t have had an issue.

All windows on a car have some level of tint. Get an appointment then work with the tint shop when you get there. My experience is they will have a better idea than you of what to do.

Yes, 60amp max at the breaker. Amps will downgrade 20% at the car giving you 48amps. I’m not a sparky but IIRC the downgrade is due to continuous draw, unlike an electric motor (pool pump) which uses a lot of power to start then it reduces the power required to operate.

That’s a good point. Take it to a Tesla Supercharger, if you haven’t already, and see what happens. The Supercharger will bypass the cars charging system. That and 120v charging with low amps has its issues.

FWIW later model Tesla’s come with an adapter in the trunk. In my ‘23 MY it wasn’t clearly visible when standing, but I felt around and found it. The USB C plugs on your device could be very handy.
