My loan has settled and the loan company advised me that I should send the confirmation of loan settlement to the dealership/vendor. I doubt if I need to do this as Tesla doesn't even have a contact for me to send it off. Am I correct?

I got the updated invoice but they made a mistake on the price.... They reduce the drive away price by 3500 and add it back in my balance payable. I have called my SA to follow up. Hopefully they can get it fixed today as my finance company said they would call me today for loan settlement.

They do the assessment online after you submit everything required for your trade-in request. I heard nothing from them after two months, so I ended up calling my SA to get them work on my trade-in assessment and got the offer in an hour after the call. I think it usually takes much quicker...

I guess I am going to be that person too. Tesla quoted me 48k at first then offered me 40k after assessment which is a huge difference.. I then put my car through carsales and one of the toyota dealer offered me 43k after inspection. Not much but still a better deal.

You need to give your SA a call to push them to complete your trade-in valuation. Mine took two months and got sorted in a few minutes after the call. You will be able to find your hidden VIN in source code once the valuation is done.

So do I. They told me they can make the payment within a week prior to the car delivery date. Now I just need the pick up date to buy the insurance and send them the detail. Perhaps I should be more patient

I am also thinking of the same. I have everything ready to send off to them except the car pick up date. Maybe I should contact them to see if they are willing to pay the invoice. Good luck!
