Do you know where is ground bolt for EPB?

When I take Ohm meter on epb motor jack I try ground check on left side I get 12 k Ohm while on right side I'm reading 30 k Ohm, does this mean something ? But more weird thing is when I put on + and check ohm on disc rotor I get reading 15 k Ohm.

As I said P R or D are not avalaible, only neutral.

I understand, but both motors are detached. I assume that wiring is broken somewhere, but I don't know how to check.
