My balance showed negative since trade in was accepted last week until today, where it went to zero and the amount financed dropped by that same amount. Unless you are dealing with a situation where no *sugar* they owe you money, I would expect the same for you.

My offer stayed the same throughout the process from start to finish. Anecdotal but that was my experience.

No not assigned, it’s basically a regional call center. There aren’t a lot of folks there so it’s likely you talk with the same few people when you’re asking questions though.

It fell right in the middle of the original estimate. 15k for a 2017 Volt. Pretty spot on for KBB estimate as well.

Finally got the trade-in offer on Friday the 9th, and then this morning the VIN aaaand my delivery scheduled for the 16th! Super stoked.

I submitted my order with the trade in request on the 25th. Still nothing as of today for me. Was told by my SA that the team is very much backed up.
