I saw on social media that some people got to use it. I'm not sure if it was open to the public or only for specific events at the LVCC.

Sometimes it will wipe during auto pilot because it thinks something is obstructing the camera view. It's annoying.

I've heard from a tint/ppf guy that tinting the top glass may cause cracks. Hopefully it's not true. It hasn't gotten unbearably hot yet here but there was a day in the mid 80s where I felt the heat coming in from the top. I can only imagine how bad it gets when its over 100 degrees.

Took delivery in Riverside mid March and received my plates 5-6 weeks later. It seems like it's hit or miss... maybe it's dependent on where you took delivery from?

I don't think cops care all that much about no front plates anymore, but of course it mostly depends on where you frequently drive. Also I feel like it helps that there are many Teslas out there nowadays and all of them come without a front plate from the factory.

I received my plates in about 1-1.5 months but the HOV stickers are taking forever. I mailed in the application and check over a month ago and they still have not cashed it yet.

Has anyone tried this and shared their experience?
