I have been having the same issue, posted in another thread, had a faulty controller (replaced a few weeks ago). I have only had my Y for ~4 months and have brought in for service 8-9 times alrady!

I was able to charge to 90% at a Tesla SuperCharger, Even after it stopped, I manually started the charge and my Y charged to 90%. Guess next step is to call SuperCharger support, maybe get it replaced?
