I just added the "T" logo puddle lights on my S (front and back.) I did not have the premium lighting package. It is way easier to take off the interior door trim panel to install the puddle lights on the rear doors. Three bolts and you're in like Flynn. Also easier to cut out the faux...
Starting either end of your trip with a 90 or 100% charge should get you to Leavenworth from Bellevue (or the reverse) no matter what route you take unless very unusual driving conditions exist (you are towing with a significant constant headwind in deep snow.)
US2 is picturesque (during the...
Stopped by last night (12/4), the construction area is the same as last described above. Cut asphalt area with rock fill (not nearly enough to be smooth) and cars parked in the marked spaces around it. No fence surrounding the area (as this area used to be a fenced in for the construction.) I...
Yes, it was my first heavy snow winter drive over I-90 but I'm not an amateur, I just made a mistake in judgement and was highly distracted of monitoring my energy during the drive. I drive I-90 to work every day between Cle Elum and Redmond so I'm familiar with how much energy it takes to get...
TurboFroggy, I left with 130 miles because it was later in the evening and the pass was getting worse (it actually closed after I passed over it that evening due to heavy snow) and I improperly guessed that the 130 rated miles would take me the actual 64 miles to my door, obviously it didn't...
Looks like the Supercharger will be in Issaquah, not Snoqualmie. See the attached screen capture from supercharge.info. I've gone by the construction site, there were Tesla-branded large equipment crates there. My guess is at least 4 weeks until completion (Christmas.)
This Supercharger location can not happen soon enough for me. I commute from Suncadia to Microsoft 4 days/wk and this Supercharger will make life so much easier. Left Issaquah with 130mi of rated range Sunday night and drove through a snowstorm at the top of the pass through Exit 80...
I drive from Cle Elum to Snoqualmie as a commute every day in my P85. While I can make the round trip without charging, it would be nice to have a Supercharger here in case I do a lot of west-side city driving before heading back home to Cle Elum. I looked at the parking lot of the new Safeway...
@PLUS EV, I drove I-90 from Seattle to Duluth, MN (actually Two Harbors) in my P85 last June. Came back through Trans Canada 1 into BC and back down 95 to Coeur d'Alene and back on I-90 to Seattle. 10 Days, 4400mi, all electric!
