Just confirming that my RCM was replaced yesterday and after driving home the car went to sleep immediately and has been sleeping all night (11 hours and counting!). I would love to know if the issue was that the software update actually damaged the RCM or whether the RCM always had an issue and... -

I sent them to this thread and suggested that it could be the RCM. I also said that the car needed to be driven to confirm that the issue was fixed (i.e. not just a software reinstall). They came back with the RCM listed on the work order. Who knows, maybe they even read this thread! ;) -

Hi all, same problem here M3 LR 2023 LFP & Ryzen. It started with 2023.20.4.1, I’m now on 2023.20.9. I'm booked in for a service next Thursday and they have listed the Restraint Control Module as up for a change. Hopefully this resolves the issue!
