Yes...but why? You spend less time accelerating if you do it quickly. Why doesn't it cancel out the increased energy?

We have humidity but our temps in mid Florida top out at 98-100 and the intensity of the sun is probably about the same so I just want to thank you desert southwest folks for figuring out solutions :) Joe

New owner here....the AC doesn't feel super powerful and that glass roof gets way way too hot to touch sitting in the sun. Tint and sun screen is on the way! I'm hoping I can reduce the load on the AC system for both more comfort and efficiency. Joe
