Did they have resources there to assist if you had any issues with the car. Or would you had to have scheduled a service appointment to address them?

I am hoping someone can shed some light on this for me. When ordering I can see that I can pick up in NJ, NY and PA. I've read posts from others on this forum who were from Maine and picked up in NY at Mt. Kisco, But now they are only giving me NJ as an option for pickup despite the site saying...
