Just an update, I attempted to do the retrofit and I don’t have that extra port. Unfortunately I didn’t think to check for it before taking the whole glovebox assembly out

If you have that dedicated port it will work. I tried this a couple months ago, also a 2020 MY and I didn’t have the port which really sucked

I got this same problem, however mine is saying that it won’t start billing till next month April 27th. I’ve tried cancelling and switching to the monthly plan to no avail. I made sure to let my complimentary subscription run out completely first.
