Yeah, the truck is thirsty for juice, as should be expected for such a heavy truck. About 2.5 weeks in and I’ve consumed 403 kWh. Lucky I have free charging at work :).
Yeah I went to pick up a friend in a parking lot with very bad lighting and with the rain I wasn’t able to see much. Headlights could definitely be better. I’ll be getting the light bar for sure.
It is a night and day difference. I used to own a 2013 Model S P85 and road tripped quite a bit with it. Now have a 2022 Model S Plaid with 19” wheels. Range is incredible.
Love mine so much. My favorite Tesla out of the dozens I’ve owned since 2013. Soon stable will be completed with our S Plaid and X Plaid being accompanied by Foundation Cybertruck.
When you consider that installation cost up to $4k, FSD, and off road wheel and tire package ($5-$7k?)which is not going to be the free option once normal orders are available, then the $20k founders is actually reasonable.

With 2023.38.8, Tesla enables people in the backseat to connect wireless Bluetooth headphones that will receive audio from the rear screen while the audio coming out of the front screen will stay separate.
