    Is it good idea to sound deaden the liftgate portion?

    Worried that extra weight of sound deadening material will damage the liftgate lifting motor in the long run…:( Has anyone done one?

    Rear trunk latch rattle - 2023 austin build MYLR

    Looks like metallic rattle from the rear trunk latch. Adjusting the rubber stops seems to help but after awhile it comes back again! Does anybody know which part is making the sound and way to fix it?
