    Charge Rate Reduced- Wall Plug Temperature High

    This was exactly my problem also! Opened up and found that more than one screw was loose, and the associated wires were movable. Contact was likely intermittent at best. Tightened the screws (manually), and started charging again without incident. Thank you very much!
