    My read on that application was that it was rejected because it was outside the jurisdiction of the city of Fresno.

    It looks like prep work may have begun. It appears a trench was dug back to a nearby transformer, a conduit was laid, and a pad was placed. Cones and yellow tape all say PG&E. This is all located in the notch between the two sections of chargers.

    They seem to be making good progress. Charging equipment cabinets are on site. Pads for cabinets and posts have been poured.

    They also dropped the referral/loyalty discount from $500 to $250. $36,220 seems to be the bottom of the recent dip.

    I picked up a M3 RWD (grey) for $36,200 on 9/21/23. Interesting reading this now… my door sticker has a build date of 9/23 and based on a few parts stickers I found left behind… some of the parts had been built maybe two weeks prior. I terms of panel gaps, it’s flawless. The only minor issue...

    I was in the same boat. I like most of the changes in the M3 Highland (except the stalk delete). But… when the prices dropped to $36,220 ($35,720 after the referral discount) I pulled the trigger. Also I keep hearing people say the M3 Highland is going to cost less. I don’t think there’s any...
