Only one named Lockchime.wav will be sourced at a time. I keep a folder in the directory with all of my different sounds named appropriately and then just copy over one and rename it Lockchime.wav in the root directory any time I want to change it.

You might have luck requesting it through the service feature in the app given that it's the font size recall. Pretty sure I read a thread somewhere where someone had success going this path.

There are some sites online that allow you to reprocess a wav. Just google 'change volume on wav', find one, upload it, download. They're not very efficient but it works as long as you're still under a meg in size.
