    Here in The Netherlands the license number can already be assigned if a type approval is in place. The car exists and has a VIN, so the license number is assigned to this VIN.     Those are all Highlands. The cars are 'only' registered in the system, but not bound to an owner yet. The assignment to an owner takes place at the moment of delivery.

    Delivery will take place in Utrecht, I expected Tilburg, but fortunately they realised I live in the north of NL. On Oct 5 I received a text message that I was able to choose my own delivery moment in an online calendar, which of course I did immediately
