Fender trim or fender garnish. If it's secure after it's clipped back in then I wouldn't worry about it. If it's loose or sticking out/not flush then I would submit a ticket. They should be able to replace no charge.

I'll try to take a picture. The reflection kind of makes it hard to tell. And actually, it looks like my entire rear glass is slightly higher. It could be the alignment of my hatch too. You might be able to tell from the sides if it peeks higher than the roof.

How does it look from the side? I think mine is similar to yours from the back view. You can always ask during delivery or report it in the app and they will take a look. They'll most likely say within spec.

Not sure about that first part but if the custom lock chime is not working, it could be that you're adding an unnecessary ".wav" You're probably not seeing file extensions in windows, so by including ".wav" you're actually naming the file "LockChime.wav.wav" Just try naming your file...
