I disabled the FSD and go back to basic Auto Pilot. The screen display reverts back to what I had, no surprise. The unpleasant part is that I have frequent phantom braking (that I never had before) on my routine routes. The new software gets worst for basic Auto Pilot while FSD is amazing.

Most people do not charge their Tesla every night. So just arrange to take turn.

My home panel is rated for 125A. It already supports oven with 40A breaker, dryer at 30A breaker. The breakers here are dual breaker type. You will need similar one. For Tesla 3, a 40A breaker is good as the model 3 only draws 32A. I use 6/3 wire with the 50A breaker.

I think the Nema 14-50 outlet is the wrong one in this case. Get a Nema 14-30 to be sure. 10-3 wire and 30A breaker is fine. You should set 80% of 30A = 24A max charging current.

Sorry, I forgot to add "in US", people drive past speed limit by 10 or 15MPH, not me though, 5 miles over speed limit is the max. When most cars on highway moving 10 or 15 past limit, police has trouble to stop all of them for ticket. I do hope that speed limit is truly mandatory in US too.

With FSD, we are at the mercy of Tesla software engineers. I have never tried out the FSD (free in the first 3 months) as I heard so many issues with it.

On highways, it has been recommended to follow the traffic. If other cars run at 75MPH and one's car driven at 60 MPH (speed limit), that would be an issue unless moving to the slow lane (if there is one) !!! This is the reason why RVs , typically run slower, have to move to the rightmost lane.
