    Supercharger - Destin, FL - US-98

So T has updated the app to show the Destin supercharger. But as has been mentioned here, the app says stalls 3A-3D are out of order.

    Supercharger - Bartow, FL

I actually suggested via the Tesla website a location on 301 in Waldo. There is no DC faster charging on 301 north of Ocala.

    Supercharger - Destin, FL - US-98

Several people have mentioned that the stalls furthest from the transformers still don't work. I will be there next Friday. I drive a Mustang Mach E and I want to try to use the stalls farthest to the right. Does anyone know what's the furthest stall to the right of the transformers that...

Lots of new data at supercharge.info

Tesla's website is showing the station in the pic below, but it doesn't appear on the supercharge website. It appears when you select open to all EVs and Open to NACS. This is my 1st time seeing it on the Tesla website and it appears to be a magic dock station.

    Supercharger - Destin, FL - US-98

Yeah I noticed that it's not showing in the app as available for me but it does show on the Tesla website.

    Supercharger - Destin, FL - US-98

That is what I’m planning to do. I have to the app and I’ve created an account.

    Supercharger - Destin, FL - US-98

I’m glad to see this station open. However, as a non-Tesla EV owner that will be in Destin next Friday, I’m curious to know before I arrive if non-Tesla EVs can use this station. This station isn’t showing on Tesla’s website as being open to anyone….non-Tesla or Tesla.

    Supercharger - Destin, FL - US-98

It's interesting that my FPL Evolution app isn't showing the Destin or Fort Walton Bch stations as being online, but the FPL Evolution website shows Fort Walton beach as being online.

    Supercharger - Destin, FL - US-98

I just checked the FPL evolution app and the station isn’t showing up just yet. I have a trip planned to Destin in 2 weeks. It’d be great if the Supercharger or the FPL station were to open by then.

    Supercharger Extension Cable

I've only seen the percentages related to sales and EVs appear to represent 8% of new vehicle sales. I've had my Mach E since March 2022 and I've seen EvGo and EA stations increasingly. nearing/at capacity in the areas that I travel. I charge at home on Saturdays when I'm done doing my weekly...

    Supercharger Extension Cable

Well, I hope that Tesla can do that to the Bolts and Niros. Bc if Tesla can't do it, I don't know how useful the superchargers in some of these cities will be to those of us on a road trip. It's no fun not being able to charge when there are 6 ride share bolts and niros charging to 100% while...

    Supercharger Extension Cable

I hear ya and I agree. The Chevy Bolt and Kia Niro ride share drivers already take a good number of the available CCS charging spots at CCS stations across various cities. I've encountered them on multiple occasions always charging to 100% and not thinking about the other people that have to...

Ford says owners can start using superchargers today (Feb 29)

My SOC was at 52%. At that point in the charging curve the charge rate was 77 kW.

Ford says owners can start using superchargers today (Feb 29)

I had my 1st charge on the Tesla network with my Mach-E. Today's test was a trial run. I have a 400 mile trip coming up in 3 weeks and I plan to charge at the less busy superchargers on my way to and from my destination. Fortunately, my trip route have V3 stations that overlap and that I have...

    Supercharger Extension Cable

I think that Tesla's extension cord maybe cheaper than the EVbase cord.

    Supercharger Extension Cable

I would purchase an extension cable just so that I'm blocking a stall. And it'd require less forethought and planning when you can just pull in a empty space and charge.

Tesla blesses other cars blocking two stalls due to short cord

I’ve been thinking about this, but a lot will depend which stalls the Teslas take. If they all lineup to one side a supercharger as they do in Europe, it’ll be much easier for the non-Tesla vehicles to grab a stall. If the Tesla line up at every other stall like they do here in the US, it’d be...

Ford says owners can start using superchargers today (Feb 29)

Well, for the places that I travel to, EvGo and EA are $0.45 or $0.46. So if you're someone like me, you're already paying that price so the SC wouldn't be any different.

Ford says owners can start using superchargers today (Feb 29)

The plug and charge feature does work with the Magic Docks according the Ford rep that was on this morning's Out of Spec podcast.

    First Ever NACS Adapter

You could be right that validation will be done through Ford's payment servers. Some of us over on the Mach E board were thinking that the validation would be done via VIN number with Ford providing the VIN to Tesla's systems. I know that EvGo does that for their Auto Charge+, which is a...

    First Ever NACS Adapter

So I've been following Ford's announcements regarding this bc I have a Mach E as my daily driver. Ford announced earlier this week or last week that Ford customers will be able to pay for Supercharger usage in the Ford app that Mach E and Lightning owners use to operate their vehicles and via...

Supercharger failure - Oak Brook Mall (dead Teslas?)

This is true and I think some people forget that.

Yep. I would have used Plugshare to see what I could find.

Supercharger failure - Oak Brook Mall (dead Teslas?)

Yeah I saw that same news blurb on the Fox News box on the Youtube TV 4 channel news multiview. I was OMG, here we go with another story that will be used by some to imply that EVs are bad. I don't own a Tesla, but I want to see EVs advance.

Non Tesla Charging at Tesla Supercharger station

As a non-Tesla EV (Mach-E) owner that will have access to the V3 superchargers in Feb, if I understand correctly, it's best for us to start at the farthest right stall. I'm looking forward to using a V3 SC on my next trip, which will be at the end of Feb. I don't plan on parking sideways or...

    Upgrading old version 2 superchargers?

It would great if more V2s were upgraded. That way us non-Tesla vehicles would have even more accessible stations.
