Preconditioning the car helps. I've gotten into a habit of turning on the climate control a few minutes before we leave the house, and so far it's been working "as intended"- PhoKingPanda

Same issue with our 2020 MY. I've tried multiple microsd cards and now using a Samsung T7 500gb. It's still buggy but I think I found a pattern... Sentry Mode is off when we're home since the car is in the garage. If the car is parked for a few hours and starts without warming it up first...- PhoKingPanda
