EV car market in the US right now seems to have soften up, I doubt we’ll see any notable price decrease in the next 1-2months. I’d expect to see similar max 10-12% discount + potential 2-3% for loyalty/CT. The current price point of the MY with fed tax credit, is still untouched my any competitor

Prices are as good as I’ve seen for the MYP, my black on white is $47,940 after the $1k CT and $1k existing Tesla owner credit.

Are you eligible for the fed tax credit? If so then only Option 1 or 2, as 3 isn’t eligible

Was able to secure a black/white MYP vin with the (10%) adjustment + $1k CT + $1k interior Tesla loyalty discount….ends up being ~14% total adjustment.

agreed. Had a res this morning on a black/white for 7-8% ….then found a 10% vin this afternoon for same black/white….so I’m a happy camper at 14% off after the $1k CT and $1k interior credits

Did you have a white interior? I was told if you get the white interior $1k option and a $2k black or red paint, they’ll only give it to you for the lesser of the two upgrades

Just grabbed a black/white MYP with 8%. Did you have to call in to a SA to have the adjustments for the free paint upgrade and CT order discount added?

Anyone else seeing 10% adjustment on MYPs in your area (other than stealth gray)? Missed out on a black/white MYP with 10% adj yesterday at $49,990…now patiently refreshing to try to have another pop-up so I can grab it.

Am now being told by Tesla it can be used more than once as long as it’s in a new promo period (aka currently)

Interesting…when I got mine the Vegas people weren’t aware/able/willing to change to a specific vin with a bigger adjustment, but the store SA was able to do it

The free color upgrade for current Tesla owners and just general demand for White is likely a big part of why the White isn’t being discounted as heavily

Agreed, had to wait it out in Jan to find a $5100 adjustment on a white/white. This time I’m looking for a family member. White adjustments aren’t great, saw a ~$3k and it went quick. Hoping they improve white discounts on the others in inventory from $2500 to ~$4k

Nope, not referring to the color upgrade, meant I haven’t seen a $4k+ price adjustment yet on a white exterior MYLR.

In NJ for 2024 MYLR this appears to be the cap. It very well may vary state to state though. Have seen leftover 2023 7 seaters with 7k discounts in NJ

Tesla is smart, the “games” are all tactics, sometimes they work other times they flop. The reality is a certain % of people “need” a new car vs. “want” at any given time. And EV to EV this is still arguably the best value in the market. And there’s also a % of people who just don’t care...

Agreed juniper will be an improvement, but personally would be weary about buying the first model year of the refresh. seeing how the Highland goes, could be an indicator

That’s fair. I didn’t buy them with any expectation of recouping any money back. In fact, I bought them and because I truly love the quality/design/look/fit of them, then opted to share my referral code to pass along the word and mutual savings. All that aside for me it was worth the full price...

You refer people and get $20 back per referral, great concept. Some have gotten theirs for free by doing this.

Tesla mats are made by weathertech. Quality looks flimsy, so I didn’t go that route. I went with lasfit mats (available on Amazon) after looking at lots of reviews on YouTube. They’re great fit/quality and reasonably priced. Only knock is the branding not being so subtle in white color font for...

Agreed. Have the foam strips factory applied vs. having to do them all ourselves, would be my only critique. But again very minor thing to pick at, overall great covers.
