Request service through the app and make sure to select the correct service category which is software update under software.

What's interesting was the 3rd time I requested Service, they added a category for "Software Update" which didn't exist as before as you had to submit the update issue as Other. I think adding that software category helped with navigating the update issue to the correct team.

They fixed something remotely. After driving home last night, it asked if I wanted to install 2023.44.30.8 now or schedule it for a later time. I had it installed now, and it was a success! Fingers cross that it doesn’t hope back to .7

I’m still stuck, tried putting in a request for service 3 times and it seems like my tickets get lost. I just submitted another one this morning. Next is to drive to the SC (20min drive) and show them being stuck.

I performed the s/w reinstalled last night, but no luck. It still asks to download to the latest then hangs like before. I guess I'll wait till Tesla tries to reinstall the update remotely.

I'm glad you mentioned the idle power consumption, especially in warm weather. Although temperatures in VA have been frigid, the idle power consumption appears to be more than usual, but I couldn't confirm. I'll keep WiFi off until I get a response from the Tesla app for action.

Luckily it's a minor release. I ended up turning the wifi off on the car as I'm not sure it was one of the reasons that's causing my battery to drain. I'll probably turn it back on when they message back via the app.

I'm in the same boat as you, mine has been stuck for about 2 weeks. Have you had the service appointment? If so, what was their resolution?

Was this resolved? I hope it would be because it sucks when you get something fix and they damaged something else.
