Had a reply from Taylor W attached. I sent back on 21 feb 2024 a Letter Request for further information called RFI this I notice was sent to tesla not Taylor W, so I have forwarded today to Taylor W. also attached the RFI to tesla. comments would be appreciated- Hot shot

Hello, I have also received a email reply today a full denial against my LBA letter, same as Durzel saying reply to Taylor Wessing so next step is to issue court proceeding I guess- Hot shot

I am in the same boat bought the M3LR in 2019 with FSD and a great car but 4 years on and no FSD that is meaninful. I know its a UK euro thing but its money spent with Tesla in good faith with no delivery. My car is great except the fsd and now I'm wanting a new car ... it will be a tesla but no...- Hot shot
