I hope NHSTA can force a recall and correct the horn issue at no cost to the buyer. While I understand a horn is not a federally required part in any new car (mind blown, right?) it is assumed to be in the same place on all cars. It is a safety issue.

Did it myself, so yes, for me it is/was. Front bumper $100 - Amazon.com Side fenders $50. (I think wife ordered the 'tesla' ones). = $150. the front bumper is a magnet for bugs/stones, and the side fenders will look sand blasted if u don't PPF them. Would I pay $1800 for the same? Hellz no.
