In the past, I was able to set the Powerwall reserve to 100% to give the battery priority and the car would use all the excess solar. Starting today, when I do that, it doesn't charge the car and puts the excess back to the grid. Is anyone else seeing this?

For me, Tesla's Charge on Solar is excellent. You can prioritize vehicle over battery by just setting your Powerwall to a lower reserve. I tried Charge HQ and it had lots of issues.

Yes, you are correct that you will only see the Charge on Solar after you get your PTO. Then, it's pretty cool after that. Yes, it will auto reduce the kwh using for charging based on solar availability.
