I think I've found what was causing this issue: my seatbelt buckles. Had some leftover foam and I decided "let's try this". Put some foam to really encase it in and make it so that it couldn't move whatsoever and it worked. So I guess I was wrong in where it was lol

2024.2.6 fixed mine. Very happy - it was irritating to see my car having this and I had a terrible thought that Tesla might not even fix it. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took ~2 weeks or so.
